    This is a 21-day course with 6 additional days of learning. You can't begin this practice without a firm foundation centered around the protocol. Each module has downloadable course material. There are recipes, in-depth articles, and practice worksheets all for your convience.

  • Group Support

    This is one of the most beneficial aspects of Gut Check 21. Kimberly takes the time to answer questions daily through a private Facebook Community Group Page. She also hosts a live video conference call twice a week for all the participates where she answers questions and educates participants on extra health and wellness topics. It's like having a health coach on retainer month after month. This is the "Gold" of Gut Check 21.
